2. The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at: The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Ltd | P.O Box 7390, Kampala Plot 37 Nakasero Road, 4th Floor | UEDCL Tower Tel: 03/2 320300.
3. A non-refundable fee listed in the above table must be paid by bidders. Payment will be made by depositing money into the UEDCL bank account that the bidders have been given after submitting a written letter of interest and a banking slip proving bid payment. The standard bidding document will then be provided to the bidder.
4. The deadline for bid submission shall be as stated in the bidding documents available on the website.
