Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Account Developer for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for driving new business through proactive prospecting and client engagement, while supporting B2B Sales Executives with lead generation, account support, payment follow-ups, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive door-to-door prospecting within assigned territories.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate, commercial, and institutional accounts.
  • Present and promote fuel, lubricants, LPG, and related solutions, converting prospects into active accounts.
  • Support B2B Sales Executives with client onboarding, account management, meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs, and lead tracking reports.
  • Coordinate payment follow-ups with Sales and Finance teams, escalating overdue accounts and credit risks as needed.
  • Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive market expansion by identifying high-value accounts, supporting new product rollouts, and contributing to territory growth targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sales field, account development, or B2B sales; oil and gas experience is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in door-to-door or route-to-market sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient, with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Sound financial awareness, including basic credit and payment management.
  • Strong reporting, record-keeping, and market awareness with solid commercial acumen.
