We are looking a highly skilled, detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare daily revenue and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash.
• Support in payroll preparation and statutory deductions (NSSF, PAYE, etc.).
• Assist with supplier invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualifications: at least ACCA or CPA level 2
• At least 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Should be able to reconcile inventory with sales
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
