BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

LEASING OF SINGLE AND DOUBLE CABIN PICKUPS UNDER A FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF 48 MONTHS.

1. National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has allocated funds from its annual budget for the financial year 2025-2026 to be used for the leasing of single and double cabin pickups under a framework contract for a period of 48 months.

2. NWSC therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the leasing of single and double cabin pickups under a framework contract for a period of 48 months under two lots.

   • Lot 1 (27 Nos. 4WD Single cabin pick-Ups)

   • Lot 2 (18 Nos. 4WD Double cabin pick-Ups)

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap. 205 and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and obtaining a payment advice slip from the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 in cash to a Local Bank. The document should be collected by the prospective bidder or his representative. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:30 am East African Time on June 25, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to:

   • Lot 1: UGX 65,000,000 (27 Nos. 4WD Single cabin Pick Ups)

   • Lot 2: UGX 45,000,000 (18 Nos. 4WD Double cabin Pick Ups)

7. A pre – bid meeting shall be held on June 04, 2025 at the address below at 8(d) at 11:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:00 AM East African Time on June 25, 2026.
