SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR NALUBAALE – KIIRA POWER STATION; PROCUREMENT REF; UEGCL/SUPLS/24-25/21344

1. Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd has allocated funds to be used for supply of motor vehicles for Nalubaale -Kiira Power Station as indicated below:

   • LOT 1: SUPPLY OF A DOUBLE CABIN PICK UP

   • LOT 2: SUPPLY OF A VAN

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2025, regulations 2023 and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at No. 7 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at No. 7 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be in the bank on UEGCL A/C No. 903001177237, Stanbic Bank upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The Document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at No. 7 at or before 10:00am on Friday 21st November, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,500,000 (Uganda Shillings Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Only) – bid security must be valid until Friday 22nd May, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at No. 7 at 10:10 am on Friday 21st November, 2025.
