BID NOTICE

TEAMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with procurement regulations.
   Biasing documents shall be picked from the Procurement and Disposal Unit of Exodus SACCO Head Office – Naguru upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USX 100,000 for Categories A, B1, B2 and C on A/C 3716200013.

2. Applicants shall attach copies of the following documents (where applicable):
   Original receipt evidencing purchase of the bid document obtained from Exodus SACCO.

• Consultancy and non-consultancy services

• Cleaning services

• Software applications

• Outsource art services

• Freighting equipment & spare parts

• Insurance

• Valuation services

Repair to Motor Vehicles

• Motor vehicle services

• Computer reports and maintenance

• Generator reports and maintenance

• Maintenance of local area networks

• Maintenance, repair and servicing of communication equipment

Branding services

• Events management, decoration, PA systems

• Legal services

• Services of water-manual development and performance evaluation

• Organisation development and capacity building

WORKS (Category C)

• General construction and renovation

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the pre-qualification or biasing document at the Exodus SACCO Head Office, Naguru, P.O. Box 7055 Kampala, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm during working hours.

Pre-qualification/bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application.

Bids are to be delivered to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Exodus SACCO Head Office – Naguru at 11:30 am, and late submissions will not be allowed.
Bid documents must be issued at Exodus SACCO Procurement and Disposal Unit Offices.

NOTE:
Each of the requirements mentioned in Categories A, B1, B2 and C are to be bid for separately and pre-qualified for separately.
