Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of GA insurance products through lead generation, prospecting, conversion, cross-selling, and customer retention.
• Ensure all agents comply with established operational procedures.
• Guide policyholders, claimants, and beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with claim settlement requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of production reports.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to develop and monitor sales and incentive programs.
• Recommend new offices in profitable areas to grow the business.
• Manage client renewals, including sending notices and communicating amendments to insurers.
• Enforce a renewal program for clients (e.g., using SMS), requiring the recording of mobile numbers.
• Ensure all outlets are branded according to company standards.
• Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of the agency force in liaison with the Marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of supervisory experience in the Insurance industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A Certificate in Insurance.
