Job Summary

The Brand Manager will oversee brand positioning and visual identity while creating high-quality marketing materials. The role combines strategic brand management with hands-on graphic design to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Design marketing materials including social media graphics, posters, digital adverts, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all company platforms.
  • Manage and grow the company’s digital and social media presence.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in branding, marketing, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.

Preferred Skills

  • Video editing skills.
  • Content creation and copywriting abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
