Our Client OHMS Network Infrastructure and Communication Company LTD (ONICC) is seeking two dynamic professionals to join their growing team: a Business Development Manager. If you are articulate, driven, and passionate about contributing to a vibrant organization, we would love to hear from you.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, partnerships, and sales initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase company revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and bids.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial tracking for business projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client account management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of bidding, budgeting, and revenue generation.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
