Position Overview: The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position involves proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s overall success.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Generate new business leads to expand the customer pipeline.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to create comprehensive sales plans.

3. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

4. Product/Service Knowledge:
· Stay informed about the organization’s products/services and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

5. Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
• Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
· Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related field
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry or any technology industry
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Passion for promoting simple, secure, and transparent financial solutions.
6. The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.
7. Should not be more than 35 years old.
