Background

Kabex Motors Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, capable of converting prospects into satisfied customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Forecast Sales, welcome and assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles.
  • Promote and sell vehicles to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, and good communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Preferably, all gender but ladies are encouraged to apply.
