JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager who is experienced in wall and foundation construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities ,ensuring projects are delivered on time,within the budget and to the required quality standards.the following are the key responsibilities but not limited to;

1. Project planning and management;
2.  Develop and implement project plans,schedules and budgets.
3.  Coordinate and manage construction activities including wall and foundation construction.

2. Quality Control;

 Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.

 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

3. Team Management;

 Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers,supervisors,and laborers.

 Foster a culture of safety,quality and team work.

4. Safety and Management;

 Develop and implement site-specific safety plans

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

5. Budgeting and Cost control;

 Manage project budgets and costs.

 Identify and mitigate potential costs risks. 6. Stakeholder Management;

 Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the projects.

REQUIREMENTS;

1. Bachelors degree or higher diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction management or related fields.
2. 2. Minimum of 1years of experience in Wall and Foundation construction.

3. Proven track record of delivering projects on time,within the budget and to the quality standard. 4. Strong knowledge of construction methods,materials and regulations.

5. Excellent leadership,communication, and problem solving skill.

6. Familiarity and proficiency with construction management software and tools.
