JOB DETAILS:

Stone Pillar Finance

Location: Kampala • Full Time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up and collect overdue loan payments
• Visit clients in field for collection
• Maintain accurate collection records and reports
• Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting clients
• Ensure compliance with company collection policies
• Work closely with credit team to minimize defaults.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Years Experience in loan collection
• Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance
• Excellent communication
• Driver’s licence is an advantage
• Age 25-30 years
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
