Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts.
    Negotiate repayment plans and follow up consistently.
    Maintain professionalism and empathy while ensuring compliance.
    Keep accurate records of calls, agreements, and customer commitments.

    Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Fluency in English and at least one local language such as Luganda, Runyankole, Luo, Lugisu, Lusoga, or Rukiga.
    Persistence and ability to work under targets.
    Previous experience in collections, call centers, or sales is an added advantage.
