C4 Logistics Ltd - Busega is looking for candidates to fill the following positions

Responsibilities or duties

  • Monitor and track fleet vehicles in real time using GPS tracking software, ensuring all units are operating within designated routes and schedules.
  • Record and analyze vehicle movement data, including speed, idle time, fuel consumption, and unauthorized stops or deviations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly shift reports on fleet performance, driver behavior, and route efficiency.
  • Communicate promptly with drivers and dispatchers to provide route updates, traffic alerts, or emergency instructions.
  • Identify and report any GPS system malfunctions, signal losses, or tampering incidents to the technical team.
  • Maintain a log of all shift activities, incidents, and vehicle assignments for operational review and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in optimizing routing and scheduling to reduce fuel costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall fleet productivity.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and system security, following company policies on information access and storage.
