JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated recent graduate to join our People and Culture team. The successful candidate will support the HR function in driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and culture transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum of a Second Upper Degree.
• A credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.
