JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented graduate to join our Route to Market (RTM) team. The trainee will learn about the distribution and sales strategy that gets our products into the hands of consumers. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, distributor management, trade marketing, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mapping and analyzing distribution channels.
• Support the sales team in achieving volume and distribution targets.
• Help monitor market execution and competitor activity.
• Participate in trade visits and relationship management with distributors.
• Assist in implementing RTM strategies to improve product availability.
• Collect and report market intelligence from the field.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum of a Second Upper Degree.
• A credit in Mathematics and English at O’Level.

Work Hours: 8
