We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Growth Specialist with strong social media management skills, experience with AI-powered technologies, and a proven track record of generating sales and building brand visibility through di erent channels. Job Description:
As a Growth Specialist - Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to acquire and retain customers through social media channels. You will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analysing metrics to continuously improve our social media presence. In addition, you will be responsible for building Kazini’s brand visibility through various career events, schools, and collaborations with other companies to generate sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage and create content for our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Twitter.
• Use AI-powered technologies such as Klaviyo, and other tools to optimise social media campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team on performance and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to build Kazini’s brand visibility through career events, schools, and collaborations with other companies.
• Generate sales through social media channels, events, and collaborations with other companies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and AI-powered technologies trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, human resources or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management and growth hacking.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with social media metrics.
• Experience using AI-powered technologies such as Klaviyo and other tools to optimise social media campaigns.
• Proven track record of generating sales and building brand visibility through di erent channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated and creative, with a passion for driving growth and achieving results.
• Willingness to travel in the near future.
