Role Overview
As an HR Coordinator, you will manage various HR functions critical to our operations. You'll recruit and screen candidates while working closely with the Managing Director in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Position Details

- Reports To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Schedule or administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and other related fields.
- No required experience.
- Required Skills: Speaking, Reading Comprehension, Critical Thinking, Monitoring, Coordination.
- Required Knowledge Areas: Personnel and Human Resources, Administrative, Administration and Management, Customer and Personal Service.
