HR Officer

INDUSTRY: Business Consultancy

LOCATION: Kampala

JOB DUTIES:

• Support recruitment processes across the group's business units.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR administration across companies with differing operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training logistics and other aspects of employee relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience in more than one industry.
• Basic understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.
