DIRECT HIRE: Hospitality & Property Manager – Bon Bini Residence, Muyenga
We are seeking a sharp, professional Property Manager (Male, 24–38) to oversee operations at Bon Bini Residence in Muyenga. We are not looking for a typical agent but require a hospitality leader to maintain our "home away from home" experience for international and embassy guests.
The Role:
- International Guest Relations: Manage the full guest cycle (bookings, check-ins, local tips) for a diverse international clientele.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily housekeeping, infinity pool maintenance, and 24/7 security standards.
- Digital Management: Lead our presence on OTAs booking channels.
- Facility Management: Ensure our premium apartments remain in top-tier condition.
Key Requirements:
- Location: Must reside in Muyenga or the immediate surrounding neighborhoods (Kiwafu, Bukasa, Kansanga) for easy accessibility.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work night shifts and weekends as required by guest arrivals/needs.
- Background: 3+ years in hotel management, luxury serviced apartments, or high-end guest relations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional English, tech-savvy (PMS/OTA tools), and impeccable personal presentation.
- Integrity: Must provide three verifiable professional references.
