Job Summary

Lafab Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused HR Operations Officer to support and coordinate the company's workforce management, recruitment, and human resource operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing casual workers, coordinating deployments, driving recruitment initiatives, building a strong workforce culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and operational activities.

This position is ideal for an ambitious HR professional who wants to grow into a future HR Manager or Operations Manager role while contributing directly to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit high-performing employees for Lafab Solutions Ltd.
  • Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for candidates.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and field mobilization activities.
  • Reduce recruitment costs and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve time-to-fill for open positions.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Build relationships with universities, training institutions, and professional networks to attract talent.

Human Resource Management

  • Coordinate staff onboarding and induction processes.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management processes and performance reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Support disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and staff productivity.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.

Workforce Coordination

  • Coordinate deployment of casual workers to client sites.
  • Track worker attendance, punctuality, and replacements where required.
  • Maintain updated worker databases, records, and deployment schedules.
  • Assist in onboarding and registration of new workers.
  • Ensure workers report to assigned duty stations on time.
  • Coordinate communication between workers, supervisors, and clients.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and service delivery standards.

Culture Building

  • Build and promote an ownership culture throughout the organization.
  • Drive accountability and performance-focused behaviors.
  • Develop initiatives that improve employee retention.

  • Identify and mentor future supervisors and managers.

Client & Field Operations Support

  • Conduct field visits to monitor workers and support client operations.
  • Respond to operational issues and worker concerns professionally.
  • Support supervisors in managing discipline and productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and workers.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery at client sites.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend improvement actions.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of systems that improve workforce coordination and efficiency.
  • Use technology and AI tools to improve reporting, communication, and HR administration.
  • Assist management in workforce planning and operational decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management processes.
  • Support automation and digitization initiatives within HR operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
