Terms of reference:

1. Interested eligible bidders must read carefully and follow instructions in the bidding documents for more details on Website: www.mpiigi.go.ug

Note: each item must be applied separately.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic Bidding Procedures contained in the PPDA ACT CAP 205, and is open to all bidders.
3. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 as indicated from the Entity's website. The method of payment will be payment on IRAS through the IRAS Contact person (0752695545/0778695545). The document will be available to you upon presentation of a receipt from the cash office to the Procurement and Disposal Unit. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
4. Submissions must be delivered to the address below at or before Thursday 27th August 2026 at 12:00pm. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend on Thursday 27th August 2026, 2:00pm.
5. Documents may be inspected/purchased and submitted at the address given below.

7. Interested bidders are advised to send their active/registered emails to Head Procurement and disposal unit Mpiigi via e-mail address to headpdu@mpigi.go.ug for document inspection. However physical delivery/ submission of bids by bidders shall be encouraged.
8. There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
