Gulu District Local Government invites application from suitably qualified and competent firms and individuals for registration or prequalification to offer works, supplies and services for one (01) financial year as listed below:-
PREQUALIFICATION FOR TENDERS
CATEGORY [A] WORKS
Deep boreholes drilling
Construction of classroom block
Renovation of classroom blocks and buildings
Construction of drainable latrines
Fencing of schools and health facilities
Rehabilitation of major broken boreholes
Construction of office buildings and staff houses
CATEGORY [B] SUPPLIES
Supply of three seater desks for Primary Schools
Supply of Agricultural inputs and seedlings
CATEGORY [C] SERVICES
Consultancy services for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs for Gulu Business Hub
FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS CATEGORY [D] SUPPLIES AND SERVICES (attach rates to the bid)
SUPPLIES
Supply of fuel, oil and lubricant
Supply of tyres and tubes
Supply of general hardware and small office equipment
Supply of office furniture and fixture (tables, chairs-wooden or metallic, filling cabinets, bookshelves, beds and bunk beds)
Supply of computers and accessories, photocopiers and accessories, printers, scanners, binding machines and digital camera and accessories and modems
Supply of building materials (local & manufactured) e.g cement, aggregate, stones, sand, assorted tools, gravels, culverts, iron bars, iron sheets
Supply of spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles, machines and plants
SERVICES
Repair and servicing of motor vehicles, roads equipment, plants, motor cycles and generators
Provision of hotel and conference facilities, refreshment, hall hire, LCD projectors and public address systems
Servicing and maintenance of office equipment (computers, photocopiers, printers, scanners)
Terms and conditions:
Non-refundable fee: (a) Prequalification: Non-refundable fees for categories (A) is 100,000/= (b) (B, C & camp D) is 70,000/= payable in the bank
Bids must be sealed in an envelope clearly marked; "Bid for..." and should be addressed to Gulu District, P.O. Box 2, Gulu District. All bids must be returned in Triplicate (Original and two copies) at or before 11.00a.m. 4th September, 2025.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend at 11.30a.m on Thursday 4th September, 2025.
