IITA ADVERT FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FY 2024 - 2026. INVITATION TO BID (ITB) UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
IITA International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (ITA), is an autonomous not-for-profit research institution, established in 1967 with headquarters in Ibadan, Nigeria, that generates agricultural innovations to meet Africa's most pressing challenges of hunger, malnutrition, poverty, and natural resource degradation. Working with various partners across sub-saharan Africa, to improve livelihoods, enhance food and nutrition security, increase employment and preserve natural resource integrity. Pre-Qualification (Shortlisting) of service providers for goods, works and services
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE No HITA/GDS/WRKS/ SVS24-26
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method of procurement as stipulated in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the IITA Procurement and Disposal Unit Office as stipulated in the supplier prequalification document
The bidding documents can be submitted during working hours (9.00am-5:00pm) on weekdays with effect from November 9, 2023, until November 24, 2023.
All potential service providers MUST send their sealed and marked bids to IITA Offices based in Sendusu Namulongo Skm of Gayaza Zirobwe Road before 5:00pm on November 24 2023.
Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
