The Government of Uganda represented by The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Office space through renting in the Districts of Butambala, Oyam, Kikuube, Amuru and Kapelobyong.

NIRA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the NIRA Offices indicated in the submission Address above from 08:00 am – 5:00 pm (working Days).

The Bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the addresses indicated on the table above. No payment is required.

Bids for must be delivered to the address as indicated on the table above at or before 11:00 am on or before 9th April2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated on the table above at 11:30 a.m on 9th April 2026.
