International Lifeline Fund is a registered non- governmental organization in the USA and Uganda. Lifeline has implemented humanitarian and development work in Uganda since 2006 through its Environment and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) interventions.

For more information please check: https://lifelinefund.org/ International Lifeline Funds invites eligible Suppliers to undertake supply of assorted sizes (20, 40, 90, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 350 Litres) of stainless-steel saucepans to Schools in Moroto, Kaabong and Amudat Districts, all in Karamoja region.

Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain detailed quotation documents and specifications in soft copy form only, upon submission of request by email to procurement@lifelinefund.org starting from the date of first appearance of this tender in print media, by indicating the Tender Reference in the email subject line.

During Submission of Quotation, Bidders should: Have registration with the relevant authorities/ certificate of incorporation Evidence of tax registration with URA Have undertaken Supplies of similar nature over the last 3 years Submit offers as a single PDF and in a Zip folder with bid validity period of 60 working days.

Completed bids / offers, should ONLY be submitted electronically by date of Thursday 29th May 2025 (EAT) to procurement@lifelinefund.org indicating the tender reference. Late bids and offers submitted with Lifeline staff or other Lifeline emails in copy shall be rejected. International Lifeline Fund remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tendering process.
