JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a results-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations, ensuring accurate stock management, timely deliveries, safety, and cost efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and distribution of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and storage conditions to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate physical stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigation of stock variances.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, and compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, fleet operations, and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to minimize losses, theft, wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor inventory expiry dates, where applicable, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Prepare operational reports, manage departmental budgets, and support inventory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPA, or ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
