JOB DETAILS:
SABA Engineering PLC is assembling a team of key experts for the BID Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility Studies for the Development of New Ferries and Landing Sites and Rehabilitation of Existing Ferries and Landing Sites in Uganda.
What you’ll do
- Conduct condition surveys of existing ferries.
- Develop rehabilitation scopes.
- Prepare machinery and systems specifications.
- Undertake rehabilitate-versus-replace assessments.
What you need
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marine, Naval or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years’ experience in vessel construction, rehabilitation or maintenance.
- Professional registration.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: associate degree
