JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio in the Uganda market.
- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Plan and implement product launches and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve brand awareness, market share and sales targets.
Requirements
- 4 – 6 years of relevant marketing experience in the Uganda market (pharmaceuticals / nutraceuticals / healthcare).
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Good understanding of the local healthcare market and distribution channels.
- Willingness to travel across Uganda.
- Indian national preferred.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
