Job Summary:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for:
• Developing and executing strategies to penetrate the retail market and expand bulk sales to hospitals, pharmacies, corporate organizations and CSR initiatives
• Identifying, engaging and securing partnerships with development agencies and other bulk purchase clients.
Key responsibilities:
Branding and Social Media Management
• Create and implement a robust social media strategy to increase awareness of products and brand visibility, drive sales and engage with target audiences.
• Manage content creation, campaigns and analytics across social media platforms to ensure consistent growth and audience interaction.
• Build a strong online brand identity that aligns with the company’s values and attracts new customers.
Sales Delivery and Growth
• Develop sales targets and actionable plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, health camps and outreach initiatives to increase market visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and entering new markets.
• Previous years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Experience in managing social media platforms for business growth and lead generation.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to engage corporate clients including hospitals, pharmacies, NGOs and bulk purchase partners.
• Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing tools and content creation.
• Ability to work independently, deliver reports weekly, deliver results and adapt to a fast paced growing company.
• Passionate about purpose-driven work and social impact.
