Duration: Full time Contract
Duty Station: Central Business District, Western, East & North East Region, East DRC
Job Summary; Attainment of sales targets, product availability, customer service, product promotion and market development of a given sales area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Delivery of daily and weekly volume targets within the allocated sales area.
2. Implement the sales and retail plan as advised by the Territory Manager
3. Identify customer needs, document customer complaints, and make follow up resolutions of the retailer complaints
4. Identify and recruit new customers in the designated sales area.
5. Participate in the development of forecasts and sales plan of the allocated sales area.
Required Qualifications skills and attributes.
Educational Requirements
1. Must have a Bachelors of Honors Degree in a Business, related course from a recognized University.
2. Must possess a Valid Driver’s license; i.e. 2 years’ experience in driving and accident free.
3. Knowledge of local languages (Ruyakitara, Luganda, Lusoga & Swahili) will be an advantage as it will ease communication with retailers and traders

Job Summary; The job exists to enable the Company to meet its strategic objective of growing Sales in the Retail Market, Improving Penetration at the Retail & End User Counters. The job holder is assigned an area and is responsible for Opening New Customer Accounts, Generating Sales Orders, and Market Intelligence analysis and customer service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Delivery of weekly and monthly volume targets in the area of best effort.
2. Collecting and compiling market statistics on selling/buying prices, stock/purchase levels, brand availability/market share and source of supply.
3. Analyzing trends/ variances through preparation of weekly reports. Monthly review of performance and initiation of corrective action
4. Implementation of required plans at retail level.eg Poster/signage delivery, price communication, etc.
5. Identify customer needs; document customer complaints and follow up resolution of retailer complaints.
6. Receive customer orders, and ensure timely collection of dues.
7. Recommend setting up of distribution networks/ acquisition of retailers

Scope: To handle Projects Civil works for Kasese, TGS and Namanve
Job Summary: Contribute to reach maximum completion of Projects civil works by performing the appropriate procedures to ensure the projects are done within budget and in compliance with the OH&S regulations.
Roles and responsibilities 1. OH&S and environment: Guarantee compliance with OH&S and environment policies for projects maintenance personnel working under the projects engineer civil. Contribute to plant cleanliness and Risk Analysis and suggest mitigation measures for civil works
2. People Management: Monitor performance of projects maintenance contract personnel.
3. Prepare quality Bill of Quantities (BOQ’s) for the required civil structures and modifications
4. Review and approval of contractor’s manpower, project schedules and method statements
5. Oversee / onsite monitoring of critical works during construction phases
6. Review and approval of civil drawings and follow up with the approval process
7. Do engineering and designing of structures according to the engineering design standards.
8. Use AutoCAD drawing as a tool for civil drawings developments
9. Technical advice on civil related plant issues for corrective actions.
10. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
