JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Review and strengthen existing M&E systems, frameworks, indicators and data collection tools.
- Support program teams to collect, analyze and use data for learning, decision-making and donor reporting.
- Build staff capacity in basic M&E concepts and provide recommendations to improve program quality and accountability.
Technical Skills
Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems for NGO or education programs.
Strong analytical, reporting and capacity-building skills.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field.
Industry Experience: Literacy and Education (NGO)
Work Hours: 8
