Job Summary:
The position holder will support the M&E Coordinator to establish and maintain a functional
Monitoring and Evaluation System for Documentation and Surveillance of Mildmay Uganda Programmes, S/he will also support Operational Monitoring and Evaluation for MURC & MUgH .

Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree qualification in Social Sciences, Development studies, Quantitative economics, Statistics, population studies or other related field with postgraduate qualification in M&E. Successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and preferably in the health sector. S/he must also have the following additional

knowledge/experience;
· Proficiency in project implementation reporting
· Experience in patient management systems (UEMR, Clinic Master)
· Knowledge in PEPFAR indicators and reporting systems
· Experience in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
· Experience: M&E, Data management and Research
· Knowledge: M&E, Research, Data Management, Quality Assurance & QMS

Work Hours: 8
