About the Company
Litarm Consults is a manpower management solutions firm operating in Uganda. Litarm Consults is looking for competent, & skilled Online Operator on behalf of our client who is an E-Commerce company operating in Uganda.
Job Description
Our Client is looking for highly self-motivated & experienced Online Operator to manage online operations, social media operations, surveys and data analysis.

Key responsibilities
• Online Operation. The online operator is responsible for uploading and maintaining products information, maintain Egatee Application Home and activity page, flash sale, take photos, edit photos with Photoshop, online operation training document among others.
• Data Analysis. The online operator is responsible for sales analysis, sales team work behavior, brand and categories analysis.
• Survey Report. The individual is also responsible for the output survey report each month and must have a reference meaning to the company's operation.
• Sales solutions. Responsible for Egatee Online sales results and making effective sales solutions.
• Social Media Operations. Facebook, WhatsApp Account Maintenance and ensure that customers know Egatee and place orders from these channels.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Key Characteristics
Our client is seeking a candidate who has the following characteristics:
● At least a diploma
● One year of experience in the same nature of work.
● Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with strong sense of responsibility
● Result oriented
● Have the willingness and interests in Egatee e-commerce business and have enough time and energy to devote to Egatee field sales work.
● Between 22-30years
● Able to work under pressure
