WE ARE HIRING
Our client, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive staff performance, ensure excellent customer service and achieve branch targets.
OPERATIONS MANAGER – UGANDA
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong branch operations and team management skills
- Good understanding of lending and operational procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical and risk-assessment abilities
- Ability to drive teams toward performance targets
- High integrity and commitment to compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily branch operations and staff performance
- Drive achievement of branch goals and targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt complaint resolution
- Monitor staff portfolio performance
- Enforce lending and operational policies and procedures
- Interview loan applicants and approve loans following assessment
- Analyse market conditions, risks and opportunities
- Train and coach branch staff
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
