Job Summary:

Little.africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Partnerships Associate to join our team in Kampala. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle, implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency, oversee daily ride operations, and build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders, and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily ride operations to deliver excellent service.
  • Analyze operational and trip data to identify improvements.
  • Build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders, and the business.
  • Collaborate across teams and support projects and initiatives that drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years operational experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in tech, transport, or the sharing economy is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
