Patient Care Guide
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients and guests.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Manage queues and waiting areas to ensure patients a promptly attended to.
- Monitor reception area keep it clean and organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Atleast 1 year working experience.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
