Job Summary

• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stock-outs and overstocking. • Raise purchase requisitions, receive supplies, and coordinate stock transfers. • Verify deliveries for quantity, quality, completeness, and expiry, and prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs). • Organize and store inventory using FIFO and FEFO principles while maintaining clean and secure storage areas. • Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions in the system. • Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. • Ensure timely and accurate issuance and billing of stock items to patients. • Monitor expiry dates and process returns of discontinued or expired stock with proper documentation. • Prepare inventory reports and ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.

Previous experience in stock management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
