A Planning & Supply Chain Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of materials and products. The role involves demand planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, production scheduling, and monitoring supply chain performance to support smooth operations and organizational efficiency.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
4–6 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, or related roles.
Experience leading S&OP processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in managing procurement, import operations, and warehouse logistics
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDEGE/SKILLS
Demand planning and S&OP process management. Procurement and supplier management.
Import/export operations and customs compliance. Logistics coordination and warehouse management. Inventory control and cycle count procedures.
SAP system proficiency (preferably SAP or similar). Data analysis and reporting (Excel, supply chain KPIs).
Knowledge of supply chain compliance and audit standards.
COMPETENCES/ SKILLS
Strong organizational and planning skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and process discipline.
Proactivity and ownership of responsibilities.
Effective communication and cross-department teamwork.
Adaptability to changing scenarios and urgent situations.
Responsible For
Consolidate and validate monthly sales forecasts in coordination with the Sales
Lead the S&OP process, ensuring alignment of demand and supply plans across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Manage procurement activities to ensure timely purchasing aligned with forecasts and inventory requirements.
Oversee import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.
Supervise logistics from port arrival to warehouse, and from warehouse to customer delivery. Including DN creation and
Ensure effective warehouse management, covering inventory control, dispatch operations, and cycle counts; report overstock and near-expiry items.
Manage scrap and obsolete inventory in compliance with internal policies.
Ensure supply chain data accuracy, compliance with policies, and audit
Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
