PREQUALIFICATION UPDATE/BID NOTICE

Kyankwani District Local Government wishes to update the prequalification list of service providers and therefore invites applications/bids from suitably qualified and competent firms to be included on the shortlist of firms to undertake the following works in the District for Financial Year 2026-2027

Prequalification for works.

• General construction and renovation of buildings

• Borehole Drilling

Framework contracts

• Supply of construction materials

• Supply of Livestock

Bids/Application documents can be inspected and obtained from the office of the District Procurement Officer from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00pm upon payment of a Non-refundable fee payable through the IRAS system.

Kyankwani District Local Government also invites competent firms/individuals to undertake the Management and collection of revenue from the various centers in the district. Find details of the centers at the procurement and disposal notice board.

All bids/applications must be addressed to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit Kyankwani District Local Government and put in the bid box before 11:00am 25th June 2026 after which they will be opened at 11:30am in the presence of interested parties in the District Council Hall.
