The role entails supporting in procurement and logistics operations, overseeing supplier relationships, coordinating material movement, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services according to company procedures.
• Support supplier management, including maintaining records and coordinating communications.
• Contribute to planning and coordinating timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
• Support preparation of purchase orders, procurement reports, and logistics documentation.
• Contribute to compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in coordinating transport, shipping, and customs clearance as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives in procurement and logistics operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement and logistics or a related field.
• Recent graduate within the past two years.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on, technical environment.
