Project Planning and Strategy Development: ● Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organisational goals and objectives. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. ● Conduct thorough needs assessments and feasibility studies to inform project design and implementation strategies. 2.
