Job Purpose
This role is part of the Business Support Center, which provides essential services across the company, including digital engagement, customer interactions, and internal communications. The SME Digital Product Champion is responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, engaging with customers online, and supporting business growth through content creation, lead and customer digital space management. The suitable candidate will oversee the company's social media accounts, intranet, and website leads, ensuring effective communication and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with business objectives.
- Generate, edit and write social media content/ publication including photos and videos.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms.
- Update and maintain the company intranet, ensuring accessibility to key content.
- Timely reports on website inquiries, social media engagement, and lead quality.
- Track leads generated through the company website, ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Assist in running paid advertising campaigns across key social media platforms.
- To ensure that you effectively respond to online client queries within the agreed SLA.
- Ensure first contact resolution of queries.
- Support all stakeholders by resolving and escalating customer concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, IT, or Business-related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing.
- Skills in graphics design and video editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut etc).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Team work and cooperation, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
- Analytical mindset for tracking performance and insights.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a customer-first approach.
