Background
DONSWIFT is hiring for a client.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee safeguarding across the organisation by monitoring, investigating and reporting concerns in the with Ugandan and UK protection standards.
Manage and develope teen of departmen mmanagers including supervision, aportals and professional devsfcoment.
Oversee case management for referred chadren, from intake through to ndividualized are planning with case wochers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work.
Experience
Attest 5 years' experience deturring child safegunting/protection services.
Skills
Strong working knowledge of thin protection legatation and trauma informed care practice.
