JOB DETAILS:

Join our team to grow our client base and build lasting customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and secure new business.
• Promote freight forwarding, transport and logistics services.
• Conduct client visits, sales calls and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
• Meet sales targets and maintain an active pipeline.
• Coordinate service delivery and payment follow-ups.
• Submit sales reports and gather market intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Logistics or freight forwarding experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, integrity and initiative.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
