Responsibilities:
- Provides project staff with overall technical direction and guidance in line with the project expected outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate program evaluations and the identification, monitoring, and reporting of all program indicators.
- Develops or writes technical briefs, reports, or other necessary materials to facilitate best practices, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics or its International Equivalent or a Related Field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategic information, monitoring, evaluation and learning especially for USG health projects and managing data collection and technical assistance experience.
- Proficiency in dashboard development, data management and analytic software e.g., MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, Stata.
Experience:
At least one prior position of two years or more duration as Senior M&E officer.
Other Details:
Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Provides project staff with overall technical direction and guidance in line with the project expected outcomes.

- In-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures with providing technical support for programs/projects.
- Proficiency with database management software and on-line search tools required.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Master’s Degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics or its International Equivalent or a Related Field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategic information, monitoring, evaluation and learning especially for USG health projects and managing data collection and technical assistance experience.
