We are Hiring FOR A CLIENT

Strategic Partnerships Manager

INDUSTRY: Banking

LOCATION: Uganda

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead partnership target sourcing, prioritization, and execution of strategic alliances in line with the Bank's growth ambitions.
• Develop business cases underpinning each partnership opportunity, including financial modelling and synergy evaluation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree an added advantage).
• 8-10 years' experience influencing. managing, and negotiating partnership agreements.
• Proven track record driving strategic commercial partnerships in financial services or related industries.
