Management of SCOUL seeks to recruit suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy.

Professional Experience.

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in swimming pool maintenance and operations
• Proven track record in maintaining residential, commercial or institutional pools

Technical Skills

• Expertise in water chemistry: testing and balancing pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions
• Familiarity with automated pool systems and controls
• Certifications: Valid certification in Pool Maintenance or Pool Operator Training (e.g., CPO – Certified Pool Operator) and Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge preferred

General Requirements

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Minimum Qualification : Diploma in relevant field
• References: At least two professional references from previous employers in similar roles
• Remunerations: will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
