Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasant, well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
